Giant Aircraft Deal - 84” wingspan,  1/4 scale , 6 Channel Computer Radio

Cessna 152  FA-152 Aerobat

Go large with this giant scale factory-built beauty!  Get the added flying stability of a larger model plane. Enjoy flying a fully moulded fuselage with plate and rivet detail !

With its tricycle undercarriage the CESSNA 152 is very easy to steer when taxi-ing and on the take-off run. The factory-painted fuselage and ready-built, beautifully covered wings, tailplane and rudder ensure that assembling the model is a fast, straightforward procedure

The engine is your choice.  An easy to start and tune glowfuel powered MVVS 91 with ballraces, or possibly a gasoline powered MVVS 1.60 with electronic ignition.  Both of these have more than enough power to fly this extra large model aircraft with authority over the wind.
The rudder and elevators are actuated using the Direct Steel System (DSS), while the ailerons and landing flaps are operated directly by wing-mounted servos, ensuring slop-free control surface linkages.  A servo plate is already installed in the fibreglass fuselage, as are other fuselage formers. The wing is attached to the fuselage by means of generously dimensioned screws and locating dowels. The wing is of strong construction, which means that the wing struts are not required to absorb flight loads

Then add an advanced radio control set.
Computerised, digital control, six or seven channels ... you choose. It will remember your model's trim settings, and those of other models you acquire later, recalling the correct settings at the touch of a button. It can fly helicopters later on, should you wish to do so. And it can also fly vee-tail and delta aircraft, handle airbrakes, both flaps and spoilers also at the touch of a button.

Also included is the long list of items you don't know you need until later ... the extra servos a bigger plane needs, fuel pump, fuel, glowstart, glue (of course), prop finger guard and so on.

Finally, you also receive our back-up. Technical questions answered, guidelines as to first flying. Introductions to qualified instructors, if required, in your district. Free use of our flight simulators in our Dublin based shop. How to tune your glowfuel engine booklet. And so on.

About the Real Cessna 152
The CESSNA 152 is almost certainly the best known training and sports aircraft in the whole world. The machine selected as our prototype is a CESSNA FA-152 Aerobat, built in the French city of Rheims. This machine´s great success is due primarily to its outstandingly docile handling combined with sensible flight performance. We kept these features in mind when designing our model aircraft.
