Dixi 2 is a HL (hand launch) glider with flat profiled wing and control unit from Balsa. Although somewhat larger in size than Pit, Dixi2 can be made in a single class.
Dixi 2 is a slightly higher modelling level than the smaller (but similar) Pit, which has the tail resting on the table during gluing.
In Dixi 2 the horizontal tail part is raised up off the building table, and this means a first introduction to the use of a small jig-stand (included) and/or pins to hold it in place while gluing.
The easy structure and large flight stability makes it easy for the beginner to come to excellent flight performances. This graceful designed model is supplied with sections, structural drawing, building instructions and test flight notes. 
Dixi 2 is a perfect first flying model to make. Suits ages 9 - 12.
